Dermavet Pet Wound Healing Cream For Topical Superficial Wounds (CIPLA Vet)
Dermavet is indicated for the treatment of slow healing wounds, topical superficial wounds and topical septic wounds in dogs, cats and horses.
Dermavet encompasses the antibacterial and anti-fungal properties of Azadirachta indica, Pongamia pinnata and Cassia tora. It has the cooling, haemastatic and astringent properties of Shorea robusta, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Ficus infectoria and Jashad bhasma.
It also has the analgesic property of Celastrus paniculatus.
F10® Germicidal Barrier Ointment with Insecticide
F10 Germicidal Barrier Ointment with Insecticide combines the antimicrobial and insecticidal capabilities of the F10 Wound Spray with barrier and emollient qualities of the F10 Barrier Ointment. It is coloured bright pink to assist in assessing when it is necessary to reapply to ensure maximum antimicrobial and anti-parasitic cover.
Once the colour has faded it is time to reapply.
This is generally 5-7 days depending on the area of the body to which it has been applied and the amount of 'wear' this area receives.
Uses of F10 Germicidal Barrier Ointment with Insecticide:
- Use in situations where open wounds may be susceptible to fly-strike by applying or packing the wound as for F10 Germicidal Barrier Ointment.
- Use post fly-strike to treat the damaged tissue to promote normal healing and help prevent re-infestation.
Not for use on domestic cats.
F10 Germicidal Shampoo 250ml
F10 Germicidal Treatment Shampoo contains F10 core actives to treat yeast and fungi, like ringworm.
F10 Germicidal Shampoo helps to get bacterial infections, fungal infections, yeast infections, ringworms, hot-spots and prevent re-infestation too.
It is important to remember that ringworm can spread and therefore one needs to take care to ‘treat’ the environment.
The F10 product range consists of disinfectants and personal hand care products to stop the ringworm from spreading.
The products are safe, effective and suitable for dogs, cats and horses.

F10 Germicidal Wound Spray with Insecticide
F10® Germicidal Wound Spray With Insecticide is a spot treatment which combines the antimicrobial action of F10® SC Disinfectant with the added insecticidal activity of Cypermethrin (0.25%) and Piperonyl Butoxide (1.25%) to produce a ready to use topical, spot-on application spray.
The Antimicrobial action of the F10® actives provide a local antibacterial cover to assist wound healing (and reduce fly-attracting putrefactive odours) whilst the cypermethrin both repels and kills insects and their larvae. It is commonly used in the prevention and treatment of myasis.
